Senior Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare - Portsmouth (Lakeside) - £25k plus excellent commission
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work with a fast-growing healthcare recruitment agency. The future potential for this role will be to step into senior management.


The role:


You will have a hot desk to work, with a high volume of roles to resource, giving you the opportunity to make good commission from day one.

You will continue to develop our current clients as well as bring onboard new business, with the ultimate goal of expanding the Division.

As a result of this growth, you will then be able recruit and lead a team of Resourcers. As the Division grows, so will your level of responsibility. We will support you on a fast-track career path into management.


Your skills & experience:


  • Solid Recruitment Agency experience in a 360 role
  • Ideally you will have experience in healthcare
  • Selfmotivated, driven and able to work unsupervised
