The roles


We are looking for full-time enthusiastic
Assessment & Enablement Officers to join us in providing quality services for vulnerable adults in Hereford.

Our Assessment and Enablement Officers in adult social care are an essential part of our team in Herefordshire. We currently have a range of roles assessing the social care requirements of our community.

You will have experience of working with adults with a range of physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs.

An excellent communicator with honed organisational skills, you will be looking for to further develop in a career that offers great progression and makes a difference to adults wellbeing.


You will receive regular supervision, working in a supportive environment with other social care staff and have a range of benefits to ensure a good work-life balance while also being able to conduct the full requirements of the role.

Herefordshire is a rural county and the ability to travel is essential to the post,
