Clearglaze of Bath are looking for a part time Administrator to work in their showroom in Oldfield Park, Bath,
Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm.
This role would be ideal for a dynamic individual who is happy to work on their own initiative and as part of a busy Sales Team.
Attention to detail is essential, as an amount of data entry processes will be involved and a correct first-time attitude will be required.
Duties will include (but not limited to): -
- Greeting clients, and being the first point of contact for the showroom/office
- Assist customers with a first class customer service
- Inputting information into our bespoke database
- Supporting Sales Advisors.
- Preparing quotes and contracts
- General office administration
Applicants must have:
- Good computer skills, in particular Microsoft Office
- A confident, pleasant phone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Smart appearance
- Own transport as you may be required at our Warminster Branch occasionally.
- Some flexible working may be required.
