Description

Oracle Health's Population Health Practice is an exciting part of our organisation transforming the way care is managed and delivered, using technology to underpin the management of population health across geographies.

We're changing how people think about health and care. We have passion for new ideas that are changing the world by the minute.

Our world-leading technology platform aggregates data from multiple sources enabling health and care systems to use this data to identify, score and predict risks, targeting the specific disease state populations through population-wide health improvement campaigns and interventions.

As a Clinical Terminologist you are a key member of the Population Health Europe Team and you will be giving meaning to clinical codes, from across the healthcare continuum.

These codes will be used by our HealtheIntent platform in Oracle Health products and solutions, to identify and close gaps in care.

Through your clinical expertise and knowledge of standard terminologies you will make decisions that will allow for data to flow through the platform by defining and grouping the codes based on the best available standards for the codes.

In addition to standardising codes, you will be responsible of aggregating these codes into groups of like meanings to be used across the platform.

These groups of standards will be used in multiple algorithms throughout the platform as well as be part of the foundation for several Oracle Health based products and solutions for Population Health.

If you're out to change the world in ways that matter, we want to hear from you.

As an Oracle Health Associate you will be joining an inclusive, diverse, social and innovative workplace that has a strong emphasis on developing talent and promotion from within.

You will be rewarded for your hard work with a competitive salary and a host of additional benefits including generous insurance and pension plans, season ticket loan scheme, active lifestyle reimbursements and cycle to work programs.

We are happy to consider flexible working options for many of our jobs, and will always work with you to keep your work life and home life balanced.
