Jenson Fisher is delighted to be recruiting an HR Administrator on behalf of our well-established client on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join the exciting business going through a key period of growth.
Reporting into the HR Manager you will ideally have experience working within a similar role and have superb organisational and time management skills.
As an HR Administrator, not only you will be responsible for managing people across all areas of the business, you will also have administrative responsibilities throughout the company.
- Providing administration support within the business (holiday requests, recording sickness, absences etc.)
- Assisting with the recruitment process from the start to finish
- Checking right to work
- Maintaining HR records and systems
- Managing relationship with employees, managers and external agencies
- Assist in the management of employee benefit scheme
- Setting up recruitment and training events
- Answering any employee inquiries
- Reviewing company policies
- Filing employment contracts
- Creating statistical reports
- Other general admin duties
Job Types:

Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
