We are designers, manufacturers and exporters of fine English Pewter jewellery and accessories.

Currently, we have an exciting vacancy available to join our talented production team as a trainee production worker.

You will learn all aspects of our production processes and will specialise initially within the casting department, with the objective over time to gain the ability to work in any department as may be needed.

There will also be occasional stockroom work, picking, packing and despatching orders. It is therefore essential that you are flexible and open to change.

You will need to be self-motivated, hard-working and eager to learn with a can do attitude.

You must have a good level of English (verbal and written) and be able to communicate clearly with your peers.

You must have a steady hand with great hand/eye coordination and an eye for detail and accuracy. You must be able to follow safety instructions and be confident to use machinery and equipment as trained.

The successful applicant will want to know not just how to do the job, but why.

We want someone that will question what they do and seek to make improvements and contribute to our R&D programme, given time and experience.

This is a physical job and requires good upper body strength and stamina.

Basic hours would be 37.5hrs per week based on working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break.

Ideally, you will have an existing interest in jewellery making and be an innovative individual.

Any previous experience in a similar production team would be a benefit, but not essential, as full on the job training will be provided.
