An exciting role where you get to work in partnership with the leaders in your customer group to understand their needs and provide effective solutions, work closely with directors, develop and execute people solutions focused on organisational development, culture and employee engagement.

What you will be doing

You will address sickness absence, high staff turnover and increase staff engagement in addition to identifying and communicating high performance measures for key roles within stakeholder areas.

The role also involves creating client service plans for each area including ER, retention, reward and benefits. Create and interpret management information and present high quality data.

Support the People Operations Lead in the development, implementation and evaluation of the People strategies. You will lead HR related training and development initiatives in customer groups.

What you'll need to offer:

As a People Consultant You will have experience of working within a senior HR/people standalone managerial role. You will act as a professional confidante to the relevant Directors. As an HR personnel, you will be an engaging leader with the ability to influence and guide the management team around you

You will diagnose organisational and people management issues, design and execute appropriate solutions to strategically address problems and generate, with the help of your People team colleague's progressive, leading edge HR approaches.

You will support your customer group during periods of change, providing relevant professional advice, acting as a conduit between the Directorate and the centre.

£50,000:
