Description

We are looking for an experienced IRO - CP CHAIR to join the team In north East Lincolnshire

Your Responsibilities

Chair statutory multiagency reviews and child protection case conferences.
Ensure monitoring, maintenance, and review of plans for children, families, and carers in the looked after system or those at risk of significant harm.
Regularly monitor plans through multiagency meetings, adhering to national and local guidelines.
Make necessary amendments to plans as required.
Analyze Performance Information to establish individual targets aligned with agreed service outcomes.
Contribute to the delivery of continuous service improvement by supporting the Service Manager in decisionmaking and problemsolving.

Qualifications:

Qualification in Social Work
Registered with Social Work England.
Enhanced DBS
