Are you a creative professional with a passion for model making, moulding, and casting? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic innovations team at a leading whiskey box manufacturing company.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and production of premium packaging solutions in the spirits industry.

As a Model Maker/Moulding and Casting Expert, you will play a crucial role in bringing new concepts to life.

You will collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams to create detailed models, moulds, and casts that meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and construct highly detailed scale models of whiskey boxes using various materials and techniques.
Design and fabricate moulds for prototype and production purposes, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
Perform casting operations with a range of materials, including resins, to produce highfidelity prototypes.
Work with the innovations team to refine designs and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the modelling, moulding, and casting processes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in model making, moulding, and casting, preferably in a related industry.
Strong understanding of materials and their properties, as well as familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment.
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into physical models.
Creative problemsolving skills and a collaborative mindset.
