Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Your main responsibility will be to provide efficient and attentive service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties:

Greet guests, present menus, and answer any questions about the menu items
Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience
Ensure tables are set with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments
Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience and promptly address any issues or requests
Process payments accurately using POS systems
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guest
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and food preparation is a plus
Culinary background or training is beneficial but not required
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
