Role Purpose


_ _As a DevSecOps Consultant, you will be involved in a combination ofdesigning & implementing transformation roadmaps, facilitation,mentoring, coaching and training teams to enable DevOps / DevSecOpsadoption at scale.

You should be an experienced CI-CD practitioner whohas gone through the process of Agile-DevOps adoption & enablementat scale (either at an enterprise level OR at a large account level).You should have exposure and experience in one of the following CI-CDstacks - Open Source / Atlassian / Microsoft / IBM.

You should also have an understanding of security practices and how to integratethe same in the engineering lifecycle

_Responsibilities_- _ Implementation of CICD pipeline using OpenShift_
- _ Provide solution/consultation to implement continuousexploration, continuous integration, continuous deployment, continuoustesting, and continuous monitoring and release automation solutions forall sized products._
- _ Create reference architecture for DevOps build & releaseautomation implementation _
- _ Conduct discovery workshops with customers to understand theproducts current state and unearth the potential issues. Implement theDevOps / DevSecOps maturity assessment framework and create operatingmodels for subsequent DevOps / DevSecOps adoption._
- _ Analyze emerging build and release automation trends. Definereusable solutions for build & release automation which can beleveraged across customers._
- _ Provide solutions to implement enterprise infrastructureautomation solutions for environment provisioning_
- _ Help develop CI-CD / DevOps Practices, Tools, platforms | Buildsolutions and frameworks / POVs for different technologies / domain_
- _ Implement and maintain DevOps / DevSecOps toolchains for bothcentralized and federated DevOps _
- _ Coach the team to ensure DevOps adoption. Coaches engineeringteams on the new Ways of Working for improved Route to Live_
- _ Conduct training workshops on CI-CD/DevOps and related roles toteams and other stakeholders_
- _ Help the customer to adopt to the defined engagement model tomaximize the benefits._
- _ Anchor the DevOps / DevSecOps solution for large RFP's.
Participate in the practiuce sales initiative for opportunity shapingand closure_
