Role and Responsibilities:

As a Product Specialist at Redland Mobility, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our valued customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our diverse product range, including mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and adaptive accessories.
Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner to understand their unique mobility needs and requirements.
Offering tailored product recommendations and solutions that best fit the customer's lifestyle and preferences.
Conducting informative product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and proper usage.
Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, providing detailed information about pricing, warranties, and available support services.
Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve team targets while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
Staying updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and uptodate information to customers.

Requirements:

A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with customers and team members.
Empathetic and customerfocused approach, with the ability to understand and address unique mobility challenges.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the mobility, healthcare, or retail sectors.
Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products.
Selfmotivated, proactive, and goaloriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work on weekends or during special events as required.
