As a Private Client Tax Partner, you will be responsible for leading a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-focused delivery.

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored advice on a wide range of tax issues, including estate planning, international tax, trusts, and succession planning.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the firm's private client tax services, ensuring the delivery of highquality tax advice and planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with highnetworth individuals and families, providing bespoke tax solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice through business development activities and networking.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements:


  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent, with a strong background in private client tax.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a detailoriented approach.

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£90,000.00-£160,000.00 per year
