_Work from home / Remote for the majority of contract (occasional meetings based in-house)_- £400 - £500p/d PAYE/Umbrella_

Situated just 30 minutes east from London City, they are easily accessible by public transport and make a real difference to peoples lives every day.
We are seeking a People Change Manager to join them on a temporary basis lasting for an initial 9 months.
As the authority enters a new phase, focusing specifically on embedding hybrid working within different functions and creating the correct working conditionsfor employees, this role will include determining and defining what the "new normal" will be company wide.
Also on the agenda will be to review the physical spaces to support the changes internally to ensure optimisation and effectiveness of use.
This role of the People Change Manager would suit someone with strong previous experience in a similar position who has excellent skills in supporting the organisation through this complex change period.
A snapshot of the day to day activities
;:
- Develop, deliver and design cutting edge change management processes and interventions using a wide range of skills, tools and behavioural-change interventions to support the program
- Develop the management plan for the change programme and support the delivery
- Influence and guide senior management to champion and embed a relational and people centric approach to the programme
- Identify any resistance within the organisation and work effectively with the programme team to effectively address them
About you
;:
- Educated to degree level (RFQ Level 6) OR equivalent by experience
- Experience of managing complex change programmes with a strong focus on introducing new ways of working including embedding hybrid working, as well as property rationalisation and/or workspace redesign.
- A confident communicator and influencing skills
- The ability to tailor your approach to meet the needs of different audiences, including creating engaging supporting documents
- Experience in planning, facilitating and delivering workshops for stakeholders and individual meetings/workshops for the purpose of engagement or coaching
- Robust experience in delivering change readiness, maturity and impact assessments to influence the development of change plans
- Naturally inquisitive and are able to manage diverse and demanding workloads
- Strong working knowledge of business technology
- Experience of consulting, ideally as an internal consultant
- A qualification in change management or CIPD is desirable
