We are a market leading retail shop selling gas, electric and solid fuel fires and fireplaces, and are true specialists within our field.
- Drive sales in the showroom
- Manage the end to end customer experience
- Communicate with suppliers
- Run social media campaigns
- Maintain and develop website
- Ensure service standards are reflective of the company standard
- Obtain regular feedback from customers to ensure they are happy with service
- Manage the displays in the showroom
- Receive and dispatch merchandise
- Manage stock room
- General maintenance of the showroom
- Administration
- Enforcement of health and safety
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in retail an advantage
- Industry knowledge an advantage
- Stock management skills an advantage
- Will involve
heavy lifting: - Be able to work 40 hours per week including working Saturdays
- Be computer literate
- Have a keen eye for attention to detail
- Be well organised
- Selfmotivated, conscientious and have the ability to communicate easily with customers
- Analytical, calm and a peoplefirst mindset
