They will work closely with the Headmaster of New College School and with the Bursar, Accountant, and HR Manager of New College, Oxford.
- AAT qualification, or
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- administering the school's payroll/pensions and staff contracts
- debtor management
- control account reconciliations (for example, pensions, PAYE, NI)
- bank reconciliation
- general day-to-day financial admin, including supporting the preparation of budgets and accounts
- liaising with staff and parents as appropriate
