Role summary:

Due to the continuing growth of the business, this new role has been created to boost sales activities.

Joining the small, energetic and friendly team at Door Warehouse, the role holder will support the achievement of sales goals, and have the opportunity to learn new skills and make a direct contribution to Door Warehouse's ongoing success.

Role responsibilities:

• Meet and greet prospective customers to determine their requirements;
• Produce quotes and give clear, timely communication to customers;
• Followup calls with customers regarding quotes and closing sales;
• Initiating product ordering process and installation scheduling;
• Maintain customer database/CRM system;
• Occasional outbound sales/marketing campaigns;
• General office support (we're a small, handson team).

Skills and attributes:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
• Warm, friendly personality and a team player;
• Well organised;
• Strong service orientation;
• Enjoys meeting people and establishing rapport;
• Comfortable with the use of business tools such as MS Excel;
• Prior sales experience is not necessarily required.
