Description

Duties will include

Travelling to various properties to maintain and repair. Liaising with the Property manager daily to ensure timely maintenance/repair is carried out.

As a Property Maintenance Person, you will be carrying out repairs and maintenance on residential blocks and buildings (Flats, apartments, houses etc.).

Carry out safety checks and inspections. Ensure all paperwork and documentation correctly completed. Dealing with vulnerable tenants/clients on a daily basis.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
