Description

To work with stores and key stakeholders across the business to improve the processes and the profitability of our stores, including but not limited to, low density, price sensitive, affluent, big volume and small stores.

To work with key stakeholders to ensure what is planned for stores to improve their ways of working and profitability is delivered right first time, and to support with any guidance, communication and upskill required.

Duties of the role will consist of the following:

  • Building relationships with all key stakeholders in order to involve the right people to deliver continuous improvements that benefit the customer and improve stores' profitability
  • Provide support to 500 stores to help improve their profitability and ways of working over a 12month activity plan
  • Stretching the stores accountability, and creating a plan for profit and business improvement
  • Listening and responding to customers, providing fast and efficient answers and solutions within agreed timelines
  • Responsible for successful delivery of projects and change to improve profitability targets and ways of working
  • Ensuring the Payroll model is maintained, any new activity is measured and hours given or work stopped, and hours are removed
  • Market leading understanding of competitor impacts, and works with key stakeholders in the Centre to minimise loss of customers and sales.
