Project Manager - Gas Maintenance - Dartford - Up to £55,000

About the Role

Looking for a Project Manager to manage small works projects and maintenance on commercial sites predominately around the South East of the UK.

The role will be based out of the organisation's Head office with travel as required to sites.

And this position will take charge of all works from start to finish, working with clients and subcontractors to get the work priced correctly and delivered withinsuitable timescales.

Project Manager - Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the projects and there will be multiple ones at once up to the value of £750,000, average value £50,000.
  • It will be providing existing customer support and at present be involved in tenders and estimating on the projects works.

Project Manager - Requirements

  • Commercial Gas or Domestic installations
  • Project Management Installation Experience
  • Knowledge of piping Design
  • Health & Safety, rams, permits to work
  • Fault ownership/diagnostics
  • Subcontract management experience & engineer supervision
  • Project costings


This role would suit a Project Manager, Contract Manager, Gas Manager, Project Engineer, Technical Manager, Gas Supervisor, Technical Engineer, Commercial Gas Engineer or Lead Gas Engineer wanting to come off the tools into a projects / small works role.
