The Sales Support Administrator role is varied and fast-paced.

Working alongside multiple teams to ensure a smooth running of the administrative operations, the Sales Support Executive is responsible for supporting the Sales function by means of preparing contracts, provisioning of basic orders, communication with clients once they've signed their contracts, and providing ongoing administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage company documentation and assist in the sales administration of contracts, orders and cancellation forms for various suppliers, as well as basic reporting
  • Support the Sales team with producing pricing tool quotations for new and renewal orders.
  • Support the Sales team with processing and progressing sales orders and liaise with delivery teams to ensure successful client installations.
  • Communicate with clients on the telephone and in writing on a regular basis to continue building relationships
  • Assist in the ongoing management of customer accounts, resolve enquiries and issues, and proactively manage smaller sales projects from presale to delivery
  • Manage workloads to ensure sales process and sales delivery meets agreed standards.
  • Flexibility is required of all job holders to adjust responsibilities as required from time to time by their Line Manager/Divisional Director.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in working within an administrative team with set goals and deadlines
  • Experience working with Microsoft packages, for example Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Professional, especially when working with customers
  • Ability to monitor and manage multiple activities in a fastpaced and fluid environment
This role may require occasional visits to alternative Pulsant sites and offsite events.
