We are delighted to offer a full-time vacancy for an experienced, qualified Conveyancer in our local practice in Widnes.

The position will suit an ambitious person with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as a team.

You will be experienced in conveyancing with a proven track record.


Duties will include:

• Title checks.
• Freehold, leasehold sales and purchases & lease extensions.
• New build / shared ownership
  new build is a must

:

• Transfer of equity.
• Remortgage.
• Equity release.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Good personable manner with members of the public.

Experience:

3 years +


Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:

£30, £40,000.00 per year (dependent on experience)
