Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products/services.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Analyse customer feedback to improve service quality
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary:
From £23,940.71 per year
