Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products/services.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service in person
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Analyse customer feedback to improve service quality

Skills:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
From £23,940.71 per year
