Solicitor - Motor Fraud

Salary to £40k depending on experience

Hybrid Working on offer - 2 days a week office attendance required

A rare opportunity has arisen within our clients Motor Fraud department, for an experienced Solicitor specialising in pre and post litigated Motor Fraud cases.

As part of your role you will be expected to:

Manage a large case load consisting of Motor Fraud and Motor Defence
Act on behalf of motor insurance clients from inception of claim
Deal with MOJ portal for Stage 3 claims
Handle both pre and post litigated claims
Deal with infant approval hearings
Handle all claims in accordance with the clients specific requirements
Perform legal and factual research

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have 1-3 years PQE experience. Ideally you would also have defendant insurance experience, but this is not essential.
