Full Job Description

We require a front of house receptionist with excellent customer service and skills at our client's dental practice in the M20 area.

Knowledge regarding dentistry is preferred, but not required. This role is perfect for anybody looking to expand their skills within the health sector,

Overall role

To provide a warm welcome to those who enter the dentist, as well as provide support when needed.
To ensure the reception operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
To assist the business, helping it to both grow and expand to attract new customers.

Essential skills and experience

A caring and understanding nature
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, phone) as well as the ability to liaise between patients and other dental care professionals
A smart appearance and professional attitude
A positive work ethic
An ability to work both alone and under pressure when needed
A positive, team player

Working hours Monday

Friday 8.00 am pm
