Here at Interlink we are actively recruiting for an exceptional Employment Partner to join a new office in Birmingham.

You will play a full role in business development as well as in the growth of the Employment team in line with the firm's general expansioninto the Birmingham market.


We are seeking an all-round employment specialist with both contentious and non-contentious experience, with excellent city and regional contacts and, ideally, a following.


Ideal Partner:

  • Commercially minded
  • Great track history of proven billings
  • A following
  • You will be an existing Partner at a large regional or national law firm in the West Midlands
  • You may be a Legal Director with a strong following looking to take the next step to Partnership
  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with PQE 8+
  • You will be joining a Legal 500 highly ranked law firm where your income will be protected, 27 days annual leave, medical insurance, and surrounded by happy people with solid connections in the community.
