We are working in partnership with
Caring in Bristol whose vision is to create a city empowered to solve homelessness.

They work in imaginative and creative ways with people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, with the public and with community partners to bring about lasting change in Bristol and beyond.

They are a small yet highly ambitious Charity and have significantly expanded their reach over the last three years to fund the work they are so passionate about in the city.

Caring in Bristol is now seeking a new
Chief Executive Officer, their current highly capable CEO is moving on and this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and person-centred leader to drive the organisation forward and make the role their own.

You will have the opportunity to help transform the way the city tackles a critical issue, creating and developing services together with their dedicated team of community volunteers to make a genuine difference.

• Significant proven record of achievement in a senior position within a charity/not for profit organisation
• Experience of leadership skills, managing, motivating and developing valuesdriven staff
• Strong business planning, business development, project management and fundraising skills
• Track record of robust approach to governance, controls and definition/implementation of new processes
• Flair and engagement with supporters and internal and external stakeholders and building effective partnerships at senior level

You will be a creative and visionary leader with entrepreneurial flair, focussed on delivering positive outcomes through the development and delivery of an organisational strategy.

The new Chief Executive Officer will be a people-person, instilling the positive culture of the organisation and motivating the team to achieve fantastic results.

You will be a problem solver who understands the bigger picture and will be able to demonstrate this through your experiences.
