Role: 1st Line Support

Salary:
up to £25k DOE
As a 1st Line Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls, resolving basic technical issues, and performing general administrative tasks.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and efficiently.
This position requires a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from clients, addressing their technical queries, troubleshooting basic issues, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Log all customer interactions accurately and promptly into our ticketing system, ensuring that all relevant details are recorded for future reference.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining customer records, and updating relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service by displaying professionalism, empathy, and patience in all interactions.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Continuously update your knowledge and skills to stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Proficient in using ticketing systems and other administrative tools.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, software, and hardware would be an advantage.
