    Head of Underwriting Service Delivery

    This role is part of the COO function, supporting various business lines within the London-based Underwriting team, while driving transformation initiatives to expand and enhance control over services provided.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end process ownership of service delivery, enhancing operational resilience in the Operations function. Key responsibilities include:

    1. Creating and executing service delivery strategies, operational plans, and processes that align with the organisation's objectives.
    2. Establishing and leading a high-performing service delivery team, making staffing decisions based on demand and service usage.
    3. Leading ongoing improvements to service delivery processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
    4. Maintaining strong relationships with the business, outsourcing partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
    5. Developing a training program for the Operations function, ensuring all teams are thoroughly trained in all areas.

    We seek experienced and confident team leaders with backgrounds in operational management, process management, and people development. Estimated salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
