We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join this busy 4-surgery practice in Shepton Mallet.

Located close to local transport links and with nearby street parking
With a longstanding core team
They already offer a great mix of NHS including implants, teeth whitening, Invisalign and Six Month Smile with lots of opportunity to grow the private revenue even further

As a Practice Manager you will be;
Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
