Thriiver is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and friendly
Client Services Administrator to join our exceptional client services team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Our aim is to provide clear and relevant information, practical support and specialist software and training to people with disabilities to improve their working life to our growing customer/client base.

A little bit about what you will be doing on a day-to-day basis:


Customer Service and Administration

  • Administration, including processing customer/client orders.
  • Creating purchase orders.
  • Creating and sending quotations to our clients
:


  • Building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring that confidentiality and privacy is upheld at all times.
  • Liaising effectively with internal and external clients.

Product Development & Market Awareness

  • Maintain a high level of market awareness of competitors' products and services.
  • Maintain an uptodate detailed knowledge of the products and services available from Thriiver and ensure that appropriate managers are aware of all developments and expectations.
  • Promoting Thriiver products and services when speaking to our customers and clients.

Full training will be given

Previous experience would be ideal, but we think that individuals with these qualities are also a great match for this position:

  • Outstanding administrative abilities with great attention to detail.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

What we are offering:


  • Fulltime, permanent position (Monday
  • Friday, 9 am pm)
  • Salary: £24,000 per annum, rising to £25,000 per annum after successful completion of probation

Our offices are located in a beautiful (remote) renovated barn, so you must have transport to get here: The Courtyard, Holmsted Farm, Staplefield Road, Cuckfield, West Sussex, RH17 5JF.
