Join Our Team as Reward Lead (
Fixed Term: 12 Months)
Based at our client's headquarters in Basingstoke, you'll collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to shape and implement a Total Reward strategy that aligns with our client's Corporate Plan and People Strategy.
The Role
As a pivotal member of the People team, you'll work closely with the Head of Reward and alongside the current Reward Lead
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and maintaining compensation infrastructure, overseeing pay cycles, and managing bonus schemes.
- Conducting job evaluations and integrating roles into grading and job family frameworks.
- Developing a comprehensive benefits program that caters to our diverse workforce, promoting wellbeing, and enhancing talent attraction and retention.
- Researching, proposing, and implementing innovative reward solutions in collaboration with business units and senior leadership.
- Analysing complex data to provide insights and recommendations for effective decisionmaking.
- Contributing to integration projects to streamline processes and ensure cohesion across the newly merged company.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in reward management, with expertise in job architecture, pay, benefits, pension, bonus, and recognition.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex data sets.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of building and nurturing relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with job evaluation systems and methodologies, with working knowledge of tools like Willis Towers Watson being advantageous.
- Exceptional project management and prioritization skills, thriving in fastpaced environments.
