Description
Leading Specialist Main Contractor with an excess turnover of £500 million, data centre of £50 million in West London.

They put huge emphasis on their established training and development programs, hence have an excellent retention rate within the business leading them to be successful.


Responsibilities:


  • Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Project manager, consulting Engineer and Client requirements.
  • The organisation of all costs associated with electrical packages such as the Electrical Team and Material deliveries.
  • Management of subcontractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
  • Close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List
- all with the support of the site project manager and project team.

  • Issue weekly cost reports and internal weekly progress report (highlighting areas not available, delays, shortage of design, third party hold ups and percentage complete).

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years as Electrical Supervisor or similar
  • Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Good technical knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems

Salary:
£65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • West London,

Greater London:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
