We are currently looking for a 3rd Line IT Support Team Leader to manage a team of individuals within a helpdesk environment.

You will be responsible for managing performance, dealing with incidents and be the main point of contact for any escalation requests.


LOCATION:
Nottingham - Hybrid


JOB SPECIFICATION: 3rd line IT Support Team Leader

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 68 colleagues within a busy helpdesk
  • 121s and coaching plans within your team, plus the delivery of performance reviews
  • Change and service requests, main point of contact for escalations and getting stuck in with the team with all incidents.
This role involves working Monday - Friday on 8.5 hour shifts, anywhere between 7am-6pm, with an hour lunch.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience managing a team of within a helpdesk would be beneficial
  • Broad technical knowledge with server administration, virtualisation, networking, Azure and Microsoft 365 would be highly advantageous
  • A senior IT Engineer with the technical knowledge and looking for a step up into management
