Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager, to join a growing luxury home wears firm in Birmingham.


The role:


  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 6

Customer Advisors:
monitoring their work flow, setting KPIs and carrying out performance reviews.

  • You will use and implement a proactive work customer service style to ensure the best customer experience possible is being provided for clients.
  • The team will be dealing with enquiries from start to finish, taking orders, processing, and following order through the factory to delivery.
  • To be successful in this role, you must have experience managing a team of customer service advisors including handling 11s, performance reviews, setting targets and appraisals.
  • You should be confident and proactive.
  • Experience in a 'product' customer service environment.
