Jackton Moor are on the lookout for a motivated, organised and confident individual to join as an Administration Apprentice in their Order Processing team.

This is a unique apprenticeship position revolving around administration, design, and manufacturing. If you are looking for a role that has a mixture of office-based tasks supported by a mentor, this is the role for you

Jackton Moor offer crafted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom ranges. Supporting customers from initial design to final install. They take provide in their quality and customer service.

The business is committed to developing and support talent through Modern Apprenticeships. As well as recognising talent and promoting internally. You will be supported by your line manager, the friendly Jackton Moore team and a Skills Coach.

Key Responsibilities


Completing a Digital Applications Support Modern Apprenticeship SCQF Level 6, using multiple systems including Easy Quote (EQ), AutoCAD, Microsoft Office to expertly support the sales and design team.


  • Working with AutoCAD to support creation of technical drawings for customer quotes
  • Using ArtiCAD to support the sales and design team to present design options to customers
  • Using EQ to update design projects timelines and uploading final designs to the system to be used by the manufacturing team
  • Using Microsoft Excel to manage costings for the customers
  • Handling inbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner when necessary
  • Working in a timely manner in a fastpaced environment and completing ad hoc administration duties

What we are looking for?

  • Good communication and numeracy skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
