The Transport team in Hull is transforming and we are looking for exceptional individuals like you to join our team.


We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Service Support Assistant who is committed in providing efficient administrative support, the post holder will provide administrative support to the Strategic Transport, dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.

Experience of working in an office/administration environment with a good understanding of IT based systems, including Microsoft Office is essential.


Daily duties include liaising with customers and providers via telephone and on occasions in person, therefore excellent customer service skills are essential.

Managing the day to day admin needs of the teams, processing invoices and accounts and providing support for professional meetings.
