Project Administrator

The Role

Reporting into the Delivery Director, the Account administrator is responsible for a wide range of tasks and deliverables, overseeing the organisation and administrative support of the project team/s and assisting the Programme Managers.

You will be liaisingwith clients and monitoring the process of project pipelines.


Your tasks:


Project Pipeline:

  • Organising and updating project pipeline with status, commentary and fee estimator as pipeline moves through the process.
  • Regular reviews with Project Managers to update and highlight any dormant project pipelines that need investigation.
  • Regular reporting to Programme Manager to enable resource and planning decisions.

Project Proposals:

  • Identifying and generating proposals with project team assistance and input.
  • Updating CMAP and fee estimator.
  • Review proposals with client on a monthly basis and/or at the project need.
  • Partnership Meetings:
  • Overseeing client partnership meetings.
  • Collating and reviewing monthly updates from project teams.
  • Review partnership meetings with Programme Manager
  • Tracking actions and outcomes from partnership meetings.

Account Management:

  • Collation, actioning and followup of any client feedback.
  • CRM maintenance and contacts.
  • Compliance with MSA, relating to offers, rates, and other business.
  • Coordinating responses to maintain required client accreditation services (eg SafeContractor, Achilles, Fieldglass, etc).


In addition to the above, your role will include document management of orders and invoices, reporting on KPIs and booking travel for colleagues.

What are we looking for:


  • Strong I.T skills, Microsoft Office inc. Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio etc., and any other project software packages such as MS Project, CMAP and Power BI, excellent Excel and data analytical skills.
  • Previous clientfacing / customer service from within an office environment.
  • Experience of working with project teams.
  • Experience of coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
  • Able to interpret business and finance information for management purposes.

Qualifications and Additional Requirements:


  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above/equivalent essential.
  • Qualification or a minimum of 3 years experience in project control or coordination.
  • Holder of a UK Driving license desirable.
  • Currently eligible to work in the UK with no proven convictions.
