The role
I am looking for enthusiastic, positive individuals looking to work as a Learning Support Assistant in a SEMH school based in Barking.
All children in this school have a SEMH diagnosis and therefore require a supportive Learning Support Assistant in order to encourage them to achieve their best.
Whilst academic achievement is important, it is also important for the young people in this school to be supported in regards to their social, emotional and mental health needs.
Therefore, it is imperative that the Learning Support Assistant can form good, trusting relationships with the studentsThis role would also suit someone looking to progress in their career as from September, there will be an opportunity to complete a Level 3 Teaching Assistant course
