We are looking for an Administrator to join our Supply Chain Team on a full time permanent basisOur Recipe

The Role
- Checking customer Proof of Deliveries and investigate delivery discrepancies by working with the external warehouses
- Checking Tesco EPODs: Checking goods have been successfully delivered to Tesco using their system
- Raise Tesco claims with 3PL warehouse and Tesco
- Investigating delivery discrepancies with customers
- Updating the
Customer Returns Log:
Recording and managing delivery queries
- Supply Chain invoice auditing and sign off
- Working alongside the other Supply Chain Administrator and admin support to the Supply Chain Team
- General admin duties for other departments
Person profile:
- Must have great attention to detail, accuracy and happy working with numbers
- Good organisational skills with ability to multitask ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Confident using Microsoft packages including Excel
- Must have great communication skills and able to confidently challenge when needed
- A can do attitude with the ability to learn on the job & use their initiative
- Must be inquisitive and curious always thinking What? Who? When? What next?
General Duties
- Observe the provisions of and adhere to all Arden's policies and procedures;
- To maintain confidentiality and abide by the Data Protection Act;
- To be familiar with and follow health and safety policy and procedures and to be aware of individual responsibilities under legislation, drawing any areas of potential risk to the attention of managers;
- To undertake any other duties which are deemed appropriate to the role when requested by Senior staff members;
- The above indicates the main duties of the post which may be reviewed in the light of experience and development within Arden's. Any review will be undertaken in conjunction with the post holder.
- Observe the provisions of and adhere to all Arden's policies and procedures, and ensure that at all times all aspects of quality, food safety, authenticity and legality are not compromised, where lack of clarity exists it is incumbent on you to seek advice or clarification.

£19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
