We have partnered with one of the UK's leading tech based M&A houses who are actively seeking to hire an Associate into the London team.

They have an exceptional reputation for advising on software, deep tech and industrial technology domestic and cross-borderdeals.


Deal flow has remained strong within the tech space and our client has a healthy pipeline of deals that will require an experienced deal advisor to support with buy-side, sell-side and fundraising transactions.


All of the Associates in the team are given exposure to working directly alongside a Partner and a Vice President on each and every deal to maximise learning and development.

As a matter of course, you will support with the preparation of information memoranda,business plans, financial models and in conducting company analysis on both sides of the deal.


To be considered for the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to lead advise on buy and sell side transactions.

Based on the tech nature of the M&A deals, having proven experience lead advising on transactions in this sector is goingto be of real interest.


The deep sector expertise and reputation of the Partners has placed our client at the very top of the market for mid-cap deals within the technology sector.
