The role and responsibilities of a Marketing Campaign Manager:

  • Plan, develop, execute and measure marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure deliverables are on brand, on time and to budget.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaign initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage the lead journey process and nurturing workflows.
  • Understand an extensive product portfolio within the company and across the broader group.
  • Put together clear, productaligned and outcomeorientated briefs for internal or agency execution, as appropriate.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table to amplify the company brand messaging.
  • Deliver through own endeavours and through working collaboratively with Commercial Team marketing campaign executives.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Marketing Campaign Manager:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising and / or communications.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Hubspot.
  • Experience of B2B marketing of technology / software solutions for corporate / enterprise organisations.
  • Experience of working with third party suppliers.
  • Detailed understanding of social media platforms.
  • Track record of delivering highperforming marketing campaigns
  • Highly organised and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver against deadlines.
  • Superb planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Cando attitude and ethos of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
