This is a great opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established business in the Bicton Heath area to support their finance department with processing end to end AP.

The organisation


A reputable organisation in the Bicton Heath area are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team with immediate effect on a 3-month contract.


The opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include full end-to-end processing:

  • Inputting invoices, raising requisitions
  • Processing payments
  • Reconciling statements
  • Resolving queries
  • Preparing the payment run

The individual


We are looking for individuals who possess an exceptional knowledge of end-to-end purchase ledger processing, who have good IT skills include excel.

You will have an enthusiastic and dynamic approach to your work and be comfortable working at high-volume.
