Description

Reporting to our Ecommerce Trading Manager and working with our warehouse team as part of a retail team responsible for 74 heritage attraction shops in Scotland, this is key role in the retail team.


You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for our online shop, Stòr, which has recently been re-platformed on Shopify,assist in keeping the online shop database up to date, add new products as required, and help process customer orders from point of receipt to dispatch from the warehouse and any post sales follow up.
