£16 per hour

Hours:6 hours per day, (9:30-3:30pm)

Dates:
April 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th 2024.

Purpose of the Role

To coordinate the DfE funded Holiday Activity and Food Programme during the Easter half term, As the Site Lead, you will coordinate the logistics during the programme and be the main point of contact for the parents and Site Assistants each day.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Coordinate the HAF programme.
Ensure that all delivery is structured, high quality and to the required standards.
Be the main point of contact for all parents and Support Staff.
Complete registration information each day.
Ensure delivery caters for children with varying ability levels.
Ensure the wellbeing and safety of all children.
Report any emergencies or concerns to senior managent
Liaise with the caretaker and relevant site team at the allocated site.
Complete the relevant safeguarding and accident reporting.
Ensure that the HAF programme is fully compliant with the latest safeguarding, health and safety and data protection legislation.
