Our company is looking for a Pet Travel Consultant to handle phone calls and on-line enquiries and to then plan and manage client moves.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the phone and greet people politely.
• Liaise with clients to establish the relocation requirement including client & pet information, travel requirement etc.
• Liaise with all relevant parties; vets, airlines, Govt agents etc to plan each tailor made pet relocation
• Schedule appointments, collections, boarding kennels, flights etc, managing client expectations to ensure a safe, secure and comfortable trip for the pets.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
