Are you looking for the chance to start an exciting career selling New Homes with an award-winning company? If so, you could be the person we are looking for.

Or are you a professional, experienced new homes salesperson with a proven track record of excellentcustomer service and target sales? Then we are looking for you too.

As a Trainee, we are looking for someone passionate about new properties and selling New Homes.

The successful applicant must be of smart appearance, work as part of a team, possess good communication skills and be highly motivated.

Knowledge of the buying/sellingprocess would be advantageous but not essential. You will be positive, self-motivated, organised and target driven. Weekend working is essential, days off will be during the week. Alongside your excellent sales skills you must have good admin skills, be ITliterate and have your own car.


Duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors, answering enquiries over the telephone and face to face
  • Maximising opportunities when registering new applicants, arranging, and carrying out viewings, following up and feeding back to developers.
  • Negotiating offers with applicants and developers
  • Carrying out sales progression and successfully making referrals to mortgage lenders and conveyancers.
  • Complying with property ombudsman and making sure all paperwork in place.
  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local housing market and the geographical area.
  • Great people skills and able to work well under pressure and to target
  • Able to interact with people and be always professional
  • Smartly presented and able to work weekends
  • Computer & IT literate with good literacy and numeracy skills
Full Time hours, 35 hours per week - Thursday to Monday 11.00 am to 6pm for an immediate start
Salary in the region of £19, ,000 [dependant on experience] with on target earnings of up to £33,000.
Mid Devon Area, own car essential.
