A highly reputable legal 100 firm with offices throughout Sussex and London are recruiting for a residential property lawyer to join their residential property team in Brighton.

The role will see you working in a fully supported environmenton a variety of residential property transactions (including acquisitions and disposals).

It will encompass both leasehold and freehold work, lease extensions, new builds and transfers of equity. You will be required to manage your own caseload whilst providingsupport to Partners as required.

To be successful in your application, you will:

Be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensedconveyancer.
Have proven experience of managing a caseload of residential property files
