Receptionist
Overview:
Our client is a global leader in commercial real estate services who is looking for a highly professional temporary Receptionist to cover their Front of House when needed.
Hours and pay range:
- £ per hour
- Mon-Fri, 8:3017:30
- Edinburgh office
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensuring sales administration tasks are completed accurately to handover to operations team
- Generating sales enquiries with existing and prospective corporate guests
- Maintaining a quality service by adhering to the endtoend process for managing all corporate enquiries/bookings: answering and following up guest enquiries, sending out and following up booking forms, ensuring payments are processed in advance of visit and securing postvisit feedback
- Utilising integrated IT systems to help manage data, enquiries and bookings efficiently and accurately, optimising repeat bookings and acquiring new corporate guests
- To work with the Operations Team to oversee medium to large corporate group visits, as required and to ensure the smooth running of the visit and optimum guest experience
- Assisting in managing calendars for Director's meetings etc
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous Front of House experience
- Experience with handling challenging situations
- Experience delivering exceptional guest services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and take initiative
- Approachable, friendly personality
