Position Summary:

Lead and coordinate the day to day operations of the Restaurant Supply Planning team ensuring the team efforts are consistently focused on achieving and exceeding all defined KPIs
Develop relationships and communication channels across MB and McDonald's teams to enable better understanding and insight into the ROP planning process
Collaborate across the Supply Chain teams to develop a one team integrated Supply Operations planning process, sharing best practice to collectively support key objectives
Continuous development of the ROP function, improving systems, tools, people and processes to support future targets and business plans
To support on value add projects and business change initiatives
Motivate, develop and manage the performance of the team with a consistent consideration for succession planning
Deputise for the Restaurant Supply Manager during periods of absence

Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years' experience within a supply chain / logistics function
Solid experience within a replenishment / forecasting process
Good understanding of Martin Brower departments and how the teams work cross functionally
Strong Microsoft skills, strong demand & supply planning systems practical knowledge, i.e. JDA, SAP, Oracle or similar
